45+ minutes North of Bancroft.

Lake Size:
12 miles long, 55.9 mile perimeter. 9,386 acres, Maximum depth 287 feet, Mean depth 79.6 feet

Lake Characteristcs:
Sparsely developed lake. Deep, clean, cold water. The lake is part of a 90 mile waterway with lots of crown land and private coves. One of the deepest lakes in our area. The public launch is Hwy 62 North to Papineau Lake Road. Follow in past the Papineau Lake launch to Bark Lake Road, the launch is at the end of this road. The rock cut in front of you at this point was one of the paintings from The Group of Seven.

Fishing:
Lake Trout, Small Mouth Bass, Yellow Perch.
